The philanthropic community comes together through Philanthropy Australia to build its collective voice; research and leadership; networks and collaboration; professional learning and resources and; information and data exchange.
Our membership consists of approximately 800 trusts, foundations, organisations, families, individual donors, professional advisers, intermediaries and not-for-profit organisations.
Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Status Auspicing Policy: Although Philanthropy Australia has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, it does not use this DGR status to auspice other organisations, or the programs and projects of other organisations. Philanthropy Australia does not make grants of any kind, nor do we act on behalf of / for any specific individual or organisation.
